What kind of progress is it when the passing score on the exams is between 35 and 45% correct, so so when you say 72% past exam for example, you're saying that 72% of the kids got their at least 35 to 45% of the questions correct.. what kind of passing standard is that? 2 years ago passing standard was 50% ... That was low .... But now we drop it to 35%... And we brag about how many kids passed it? What a joke!
