Thank you for your info! I just bought your operating agreement template but I’m having trouble with some parts, is there any way you could make a video going over the sections please and thank you 😊
Thanks for the info. I bought the operating agreement template. Can you make a video going over how to complete the template? Or include it as a private link upon purchase?
Hawthorn Law pretty much yes, it's it just a case of making needed changes and getting all members to approve (hopefully easy for single member LLCs but you never know....)? If there are multiple members do they all have to agree and sign or just a majority?
@@jimhart I actually have a follow up question actually if you can spare a moment. I was considering purchasing your operating agreement document but I would like to know something about it beforehand. I plan to form an LLC in future for the purpose of repairing fiberglass boats, would the operating agreement you're selling still work as a starting point for my needs or is it catered too specifically for online businesses to be useful?
I'm confused.. you said a sole proprietorship means that your personal assets can be taken if the business is involved in legal matters. But the options given in the operating agreement in the description box are sole proprietorship, S Corp, or partnership. Should this be changed to a LLC or that doesn't matter?
Thank you for helping businesses protect themselves with an operating agreement!

@Tia No
Did not expect Missouri to require this, but I was planning on creating one anyways.
Most states don’t make it mandatory but it is still best practice, and some banks will ask for it before you can open a business account.
Truly useful 👍
What's involved if it turns out that you need to revise your operating agreement? Single member or multiple.
I’m not sure I understand - do you mean if you needed to hire a lawyer to modify it?

Taxed as a "disregarded entity" ... Could you please clarify for me what that is?
Sole proprietorship or partnership typically

I think you are referring to how you elect to be taxed... ;)
@@jimhart Yes. So that's different then. Thank you
Thanks for doing these videos.
Is this the same guy that played in “13 reasons why” the sad?
