    Scott Stoneman was a master on the fiddle sadly alcoholism took over his life. Like all the great musician who pass on his short legacy live on. Roy Clark was another master of three instrument guitar, banjo and fiddle not to mention singing. Nice write up on Scott Stoneman I don't recall seeing this clip before thanks David,

      The show was Country Carnival, hosted by Del Reeves (who held the mic). I'm thinking this would have been somewhere around 1970 or 1971.
