It’s hard to struggle with such thoughts, but make sure it doesnt consume you. Eat the sweets in moderation, and always have your body move around, even at least just regular leisure walks. No need for extreme dieting or hard exercising. Aside from it being physically healthy, you’ll feel mentally healthy too. As long as you dont live a sedentary life, you’ll be fine and be at less risk for disease. nobody shld give a f about what you weigh
