The whole "changing lives" part is 100% true! I have been with KJJ since 2019, I retired from the Army nearly 3 years ago. A lot of veterans have trouble finding purpose and assimilating back to civilian life. I can honestly say that KJJ made the transition for me super easy. The best way I can explain it is that I still had the camraderie that I felt I had in the military, I still felt like I had great leaders and mentors available to me. (Big shout out to Professor Ken DaSilva and Professor Ryan). Lastly, it is one of the few great joys I have in my life besides spending time with my family. My Professor is not overselling anything when he says life changing. KJJ represent!!!!!

Yes, lots of stuff going on here. Also, have been traveling in unusual amount so far in the first half of the year. All that teaching has been taking time away from doing more videos for you all. But I will always keep doing them! Thank you for checking in!

Hey Ryan! I'm considering moving to the U.S. in the future, and I see Flower Mound as a potential place to live in. Of course, If I do so, I will join Kama Jiu-jitsu without any hesitation. However, I'm curious about something: what's the temperature like in Flower Mound from January to March?

That’s our “chilly season.” Typical high for the day is 50-60s. Lows can be as as low as the teens, but more likely, lows in the 30s. It’s a little chilly here between December through February. Otherwise, it’s either beautiful or hot (it’s 95 today).

Who knows? We Americans aren’t able to translate that. That’s what Google is for.

We don’t have any plans for another location currently.

IF we do open another campus, nearer to FW than we are now is a likely area.
