@@jtstevenson81 there's a simple solution to that problem: just don't watch the videos where she's doing that. Or just don't watch political stuff in general because it's a total joke at the end of the day.
@@lovellhorrors1586 I would love to avoid the videos where she's doing that, the problem is that I would have to avoid every single video that she's in because all she ever talks about anymore is her sexuality and the persecution of homosexuals. Did you see the last time she went on Stephen Colbert? She broke into an entire speech about how Vice President Pence hates people and how he is responsible for hate crimes against black people. It was super awkward because Colbert was trying to keep things light-hearted, and she ended up getting all serious and political. I like Ellen Page is an actress and I also find her very attractive, but the constant bleeding heart she carries around all the time now is annoying.

Frankly, I have a sort of respect for her for sticking up for her beliefs and calling out the uncalled for hate, but I do agree with you about her talking too much about it. I guess some people just have a tendency of overdoing the serious talk. She'd definitely be a bit more pleasant to watch, in anything other than a movie, if she would ease up on it. She's not making much of a difference anyway.
@@jtstevenson81 I mean she's gay so she'd obviously be uncomfortable if the vice president of the united states was making discriminatory comments about lgbtq+ people with so much influence, so she'd understandably want to call that out anytime she gets the chance because it's a personal issue for her and clearly a topic she's concerned/passionate about.
I kinda wish I could make a movie with her in it. That'd be fun. Especially since her fans would end up seeing her in a pretty different type of role that people are used to seeing her in.
