I liked before I even watched XD I never expected this! Nice use of the rage drive. Nice custom with the steam punk bird mask as well :D Steve didn't get too many nerfs. He got a nerf on his b12, which is now a TS move, and he has a new rage drive in the form of df2+3. PKB b2 is his wall bounce move as well, and FLKR 1,2 / 1,1,2 / 1,1,1,2 causes that outward bound effect e.g. using Law's ff43 or f1+2 when the opponent is in mid air. Great stuff!
Ah, so I caught you off-guard with this one, haha. Thanks very much man! My editing leaves a lot to be desired though; I haven't got the energy or resources to commit to it unfortunately.
You did man, you did ;) Your editing to me is fine. Can't really complain about it. I was quite busy over the summer break too myself, dealing with boring college repeats which are out of the way at last! Im not worried about the results though because I already have a 3 year ordinary level bachelors degree in Games Development. I just want to be in a different place streaming my progress! XD
At one point , you did the same combo against Geese. First one took 72 dmg I think & then the next one was the same & this time it took 85 dmg. I know its because of the clean hit, question is how can I get that clean hit to add additional damage?
A clean hit is a special property that some characters have at their disposal; it's when you connect a specific move a certain way - in this case DSS f+3 at the wall. If clean, the damage scaling for the last hit of that combo doesn't take full effect, meaning you have hit the move clean, deep and lower at the wall, with full impact. DSS f+3 in wall combos is 18 dmg on regular hit, and 27 on clean. Being of axis can help greatly with the clean hit. Outside of combos, clean hits still exist. More insight here: ruclips.net/video/W7bOSYJuBsk/видео.html
I got a few ideas for you. I'm not sure if this works since I haven't played Tekken 7 for quite a long time now: #1 You and your opponent being 2 backdashes away from the wall Any wall bounce move DSS 3 (tailspin to wall hit) f,f+3 4,3 (or f+4,3) DSS f+2 d+2,3 That's an 8-hit combo #2 Forgotten Realm stage You and your opponent being 2 backdashes away from the wall Any wall bounce move ws+2 DSS f+4 f+1+2 (floor break) d/b+2 (position switch) Any 2-hit tailspin move, whichever works Any 2-hit ender you can come up with I guess that's a 9-hit combo. If 10 hits are possible, go for it.
Because the WS4 has no string with it, you can input b,f immediately after you input 4. Then you input the last f simultaneously with his kick connecting. If you wait until after his right leg touches the floor to push f, you will always miss it. It’s similar to doing the 4,3 to the DSS f+4. You will always push the last f right about when the kick connects.

Yes. When I execute DSS, I do it by muscle memory, so I can't explain how I actually time the inputs, I just "do it" so to speak. Realise that Law's DSS (Dragon Sign Stance) is actually a cancel of his DFS (Dragon Fake Step) - you know, the inferior step back move which comes out if you fail the cancel. Apart from spacing, or attempting to lure/bait your opponent in, DFS is generally something you want to avoid, especially in combos. So, in order to transition into DSS, we first must enter DFS by pressing b,f during a move that allows for a transition, such as 4,3. To successfully avoid the DFS animation and cancel into DSS, you are required to press an extra forward; so the notation would read 4,3 b,f,f. People tend to ask for advice in regards to the 4,3 DSS f+4 Legend kick ender, and also Law's DSS options from WS4, with the latter being much harder. Speed, execution, & timing all come into play here, and with plenty of practice, you should at least be able to start landing the 4,3 DSS f+4 ender over-time. Practicing 4,3 b,f f into f+4 multiple times to become accustomed to the rhythm is vital, and when attempting it in combos, you need to ensure that you perform a deep enough run/dash to the opponent, otherwise you'll lose height on the juggle, or they will get kicked/pushed away from the f+4 hitbox; however, season 2 has made this easier. The actual DSS transition itself is obviously the most important, and it's crucial that when inputting b,f,f during the Shaolin kicks (4,3) & pressing f+4, that this is a seamless action, with no visible DFS (back step) or DSS (arm movement signal) animations. The whole string must blend seamlessly together, allowing the Legend kick to connect within a combo. The timing as to when you should press f+4, is the moment after Law's second spin kick hits, but finding the right frame/timing can be strict if you're new to Law or Tekken in general. Perhaps you should check out the following videos for further guidance: ruclips.net/video/ZSFjjz5xXIg/видео.html ruclips.net/video/jbeozgZxqlA/видео.html ruclips.net/video/9fKu9QYonwg/видео.html ruclips.net/video/WVSyaAOzZEA/видео.html ruclips.net/video/FObr1qkJDRQ/видео.html ruclips.net/video/YOwoynIZ2ms/видео.html
The most efficient way to do DSS f4 after ws4 is to input bf right after you input 4 for the ws4. Then you input f+4 right as his right leg touches the ground.
you should see someone do a WS 4 CH into dss 3+4 true combo. its easily the hardest tech in the game, and many law players can do it, double did it a couple times last week
Hey bro. What’s the highest damaging wall combo? Is it power crush to legend kick and then the 43 into dss? Or power crush into dss 2 and then 43 into dss 3?
Ah, that was a trade hit with the unblockable dragon punch. Trading hits allows you to combo from Law's unblockable. See the combo at the end of the following video for clarification/visual - ruclips.net/video/cHYM9tTAxVY/видео.html
I’ve used the new wall bounce mechanic in matches with Law, and I gotta say that it’s crazy! Lol If you’re far away enough to do Law’s ff3 and get the wall bounce, you can do the legends kick right after the bounce and do 4,3 DSS f+3. That’s probably his strongest combo from wall bounce. Does 118 dmg if the ff3 is a clean hit.
So you're trying 4,3 dss f+3 after raw rage drive? Well, no magic involved, just very strict timing and/or very inconsistent. Even with the faster rage drive, the recovery is still slow for 4,3 follow-up. Just practice timing your 4,3 inputs and you should have success at some point. Don't dwell on it too much though, as it's not viable for matches.
Any tip for this noob bro who seems to land almost any dss combo aside from ws4 into legend kick. I am really frustrated because this is only dss i cant do. Please help!!
There's no real productive tips I could give you in order to help you nail this difficult move. It's a tough one which requires practice and quick execution. I have trouble with it myself sometimes. It's not surprising that people find ws4 dss hard, especially if they use their thumb on the d-pad, because I simply cannot do it consistently with my thumb, if not at all. I use my index & middle finger on the d-pad. And as the window is much smaller than when doing 4,3 dss, you need to press b,f,f very fast during the while standing/rising (WS) kick animation. I do it by muscle memory, so I can't explain how I actually time the inputs, I just "do it" so to speak.
As stated before, the timing is very tight and will take some practice. Even with the faster rage drive, the recovery is still slow for the 4,3 follow-up. Just practice timing your 4,3 inputs and you should have success at some point. Try using f+4,3 as well. Don't dwell on it too much though, as it's very inconsistent to consider using in matches.
To be honest, I haven't explored other options yet. Directly at the wall you can do low kick into flip, and according to cutcc, 3+4,4 is also very consistent (You can get 5 more points of damage if you delay it). It also seems possible at certain ranges to get Uf+43, and junkyard variations.
JasonxFong as soon as you do the rage drive. Run as quickly as you can towards the opponent and make sure you’re close enough so that the 43 can land. The 43 doesn’t have a great hit box so you have to be close.
The timing is quite difficult, but as you can see, I hit it at range and while close to the wall. Just practice timing your 4,3 inputs, you'll get it eventually after multiple attempts. It's not something you should concentrate too much on though as it's really inconsistent.

Antonio Della Ragione Ah, same... ws+4 DSS is getting overused these days.
