After all my research I chose onefinity because they seemed to be the most future proof and modular. I knew if I invested in the elite foreman I would bask in the glory that those who upgraded from the 32 inch to the 36 then 48inch all felt. The partnership with airweights such an amazing vac holding system and now a closed loop 4th rotary that's basically plug and play? I absolutely salute you guys I'm such a happy customer and I love seeing how much you guys are pushing the boundaries. A hobby level cnc means anyone can afford from a hobby standpoint a BEAST of a machine and from onefinity the entire catalogue is jaw dropping. Good work all
@@MitchellsWoodwork what's up big dog!! You sir single handedly helped me go from 0 to 100 full set up on my elite foreman with my pwncnc spindle. You're a legend!
@@MomentumGoodworks That’s exactly why I do what I do! I’ve been helped so much from others here on RUclips over the years, and I’m more than happy to pay it forward. Thank you so much for watching and for such a nice comment. You made my day! 😊🏆
Thank goodness I switched machine platforms from the Xcarve. No more belts and wasted money on wood that was ruined due to bit running off and system crashing. Been with onefinity since 2021, so gladdddd. Now this!?! Heck yeah let's gooooo.
CONTOURING: Dear Onefinity, I cannot find any examples of true 3D surface contouring, over a largish area. To be clear, I mean automotive, aeronautical, or marine -type multi-direction curvature. Would you please direct me to some examples? If not, would you care to produce one or two and then throw it on a CMM to measure precision and accuracy? (I would recommend something like a small wind turbine blade in balsa or foam. Around 40". It would be amazing on this 4th axis Revolution, but it would also be good to demonstrate a two-sided process.) I'm saving up 💸. Thanks!
I first had a stupid and expensive Belgian CNC machine, they are good at marketing but the machine is complete rubbish. I switched to Onefinity and am so happy with it. And now there is a rotary 😃. I will pre-order one on monday.
Very exited bout this one.... and still more to come im hoping for your own software 🙏 something little more user freindly compared to whats outthere already
Ok what would be the prefer software to use with this? I am still using aspire 9.5 will this be something that can be done with it or will i need a new design software? Been wanting a rotary cnc.
Unless you pay for both a regular license and the manufacturing extension for Fusion I don't think there is much capability for 4th axis. There is some wrapping capability in some of the 2d tool paths but I'm still trying to get my head around what their geometry limitations are and what you need full 4 axis for. For example, I have seen on the fusion support forum that carving a figure like a statue would need the manufacturing extension. This is my current hurdle since I can stomach paying for a regular license but the manufacturing extension would more than triple my annual subscription cost for only two features that I would use occasionally. Buying a perpetual vcarve pro license is half the price of the annual cost of just the fusion manufacturing extension, not exactly an apples to apples comparison, but it might be a functionally adequate and cheaper solution if that's a concern. I wish 4 axis strategies were included in the normal Fusion license because apart from using a rotary or the inlay vcarving tool in vcarve pro I would consider Fusion to be a massively superior workflow for design through to manufacture.

Exactly! All other CNC makers are just fighting for 2nd place. Onefinity is the clear leader of the pack!
Thank you for the kind words! We want the user experience to be the best of any CNC brand!

Works with all machines, but the link on the webpage says Masso Elite.

@ oh, the links, as viewed on mobile, are truncated
This is what I was hoping to see!!
Your wish is our command!
Am I missing the price in the link or on the website?
it's under 'rotary 4th axis' in the shop all section!
Is there going to be a live session tonight?
Yes!
Morgan, will it also work happily with our lasers? Or is that a whole different animal?
it will 100% work with your laser!
👍👍👍
The "revolution", get it? Hahaha. Great looking rotary, will def look into that. Cant find it on your site yet.
Still crossing fingers on 4x8 and ATC

Yes!
I had a feeling!!

YESSSS!
Does the BB controller directly support 4 axis?
It does now :p
@@OnefinityCNCis it an update to the firmware or just plugging the rotary into the y-axis port?
I want one. I understand it plugs into the A port on the Masso. Any idea how to get one?
The rotary will come with the wiring to populate the A port!
@@OnefinityCNC When and where will I find these to purchase.?
Do u need Aspire to make models for this?
we did.
Cool - now I just need to learn how to handle the CAD/CAM process in Fusion... 🤯
