All I can say is Henry's will always be in my heart , it's a pleasure to have lived it , it's a pleasure to remember it so so well , I feel privileged to have been there at it's prime , it's a special place that I will always have a connection to , .............
I'll never forget my first night in Henry's, December 1994 ,4 of us from Shannon, standing outside and you could see your breath in the frosty air. The bustling crowd, lining up. Laughter and people nodding the music. The door's vibrating. That rumble of bass and the melodic deep house. I remember hearing the first tune when I walked in, India right from the start....it was called. We were strangers there but the locals welcomed us with open arms. And we weren't the only people from Shannon in there. LoL it turned into a regular thing, I even made sure I'd end up in college there in Cork .... back in the burren now living the quite life 😂😂😂👍
it was a special place to be and nothing came close to it , u had top candy top music and gr8 peoples and most of all fantastic dj,s , all put together to make henrys the best place to be in ireland at the time. those who were lucky to be around when it all started had for me had some of the best nights of their lifes it was a special so so special 💯🎶🎶🎶😎💥💥🎆🎇🎈😎

Who's up for a "2025 Sir Henry's 30 years Re-Union" June Bank Holiday Weekender @ The Marquee, CORK.. "Yuppppp, I'm as serious as a glass of milk here !!" I'll organise it with Greg and Shane and various other Belfast, Cork & Waterford DJ's. Headline Acts... "Could Be" "BICEP & EJECA" and possibly "East End Dubs" and "Obviously" Greg Dowling & Shane Johnson. Who's with me ??? Are there any ears sticking up at the sounds of this incredible brain fart ? It "should" be a fairly civil event and atmosphere considering the majority of ticket buyers will be in their fifties and "old school" Clubbers and Codgers !! Time to get the Eclipse Jeans, Baresi Top & Waistcoat and British Knights Trainers out of the mothballs and into the Dry Cleaners.. huh ?!! 😂😂 Replies below.. Keep it professional and real PLEASE !! And Keep sharing.. The More LIKES & COMMENTS HERE The More It'll Be Considered !!! THANK YOU.. "We Are The Music Makers, We Are The Dreamers Of Dreams, We Are The Movers & Shakers..
