It was yummy and very innovative..but on the hind side hope my feedback is taken in a positive way ..the turmeric in the yolk part was tasting bad becos its uncooked and unfried although the white part of the egg was cooked... number 2 is the gravy was a bit bland can b made a bit more spicier ofcos the spicy part can b modified as per our wish but the raw taste of turmeric needs to b overcome pls suggest

See the thing is vegetarians would shudder at the thought of non veg or anda . Why would they want anda looking curry. Non vegetarians would never compromise on mock meats or mock andas. Kudos to your creativity !
Such a recipe could help recently converted vegetarians, who still miss non veg food. Or those who are not allowed eggs due to some illness like kidney problems.

It would be easy to make it vegan too! Instead of paneer, use chana put through a food processor. And to make the chana egg yolks taste really like egg put some kala namak.
