So I didn't workout for one week due to a flu......who the heck told me to do this one as my first workout back? I am a 43 year old female and not a beginner exerciser. My workouts for the last year have been at the Planet Fitness gyms. Before a year ago, I was an at home exerciser since my late teens. I had always done various cardio equipment exercises like rebounders and light weights… maxicljmber machine, step aerobics, taebo, dumbbell video workouts…or outdoor runs. I had to move from a house to a 2nd floor apartment a year ago and that is reason why I started going to the Planet fitness gyms to use their weight machines along with their cardio machines. I decided to try a “no jump” workout like this one on a mat inside the Planet Fitness where the stretch room is. I put my tablet on a floor stand holder and did this 2x in a row! I used my own 8 lb weights for all the exercises! I will do this workout at the apartment since I already tested this out in a safe space at the gym!
I haven't sweated this much in a workout for a long time. I enjoyed the cardio and strength training exercises. I also really enjoyed your music selection, especially for the first half of the workout.
every morning i start with your vidio)) I wanna say BIG thank you, because I`m doing this exersises for month, and I can put on a dress for a smaller size!)
Another great one! I agree with many others who say keep this format coming 😃 I love the bits of balance work for the core also, ie, up on tiptoes, also the 2x knees up with bicep curls, woohoo!

Combiné pesas de 1kg y 2kg, a veces, no resistía con las de 2kg, estoy muy flojita. Pero lo hice! Feliz feliz. Gracias profesora Burpeegirl 😊❤
