I've been looking for something like this so I can mount my A7iii to the inside of my car. I thought about getting a GoPro, but its not the same. The footage isn't the same, no depth to the image. So I'm excited to test this out. Thank a lot for making this video. Just wondering how I can make this transferable from a the suction cup to a joby, to my tripod. I don't want to always take off the transfer plate.
I was so excited to find this video, just what I was looking for. Unfortunately, there don't seem to be any Sea Sucker vacuum pumps available anymore... I'm in Canada, does anyone know where I can get one. The smaller one would be perfect.
@@nobatechnology I deleted other comment because I found all the links eventually haha I do have a question though if you don't mind: I have the ZV one and I just wanted to make sure that I have everything I need. I put these in my cart: Cine magic arm 1/4"-20 Version, 3/8" Ball head, Cine magic arm 4" extension bar (double ball head), 1 Arri pin anti-twist spacer for mini quick release plates, and 2 quick release plates like you suggested. After that I just need the suction cup, right? Thanks again for responding!
What is the phone Mount that has the orange piece on it that you used in this video? And what all pieces do I need to buy for that setup to use with my iPhone ?
Hey brotha.. Thank you beautiful informational video.. I want to buy the smaller windshield mount kit.. But if I mount a cannon DSLR camera could i face it forward towards the road.. Thx Budd🎉😊..
Yes! Any camera UNDER 200 pounds is technically able to be rigged to the larger cup. But personally I’d feel more comfortable using two of the larger cups with some longer friction arms and attaching Them to the ursa so you have two points of connection just in case!
@@nobatechnology sorry man, I was being sarcastic based on your title. But you’re right, you’ll need additional mounting for a larger camera. Actually, you really ought to have it for any setup to reduce vibration.
Agreed haha sorry I didn’t catch the sarcasm. Just wanted to be helpful haha and obviously there are bigger safer and MORE EXPENSIVE rigs. But this is a pretty cool option for the price.
Not in all scenarios, surprisingly only over speed bumps and really bad roads. Even on the free way with one suction cup I got smooth footage. And you can definitely rig up more suction cups for more points of contact :) best part is the modularity
Terrific - you did a great job explaining how the components work.
Dude this is what i was searching for and you brought it to me on a golden plate. Thank you so much man
You’re welcome! :)
マウント吸盤式でポンプ押すタイプ(1点支持)も使っていたのですが、デルキンのバーを下ろして終わるタイプ(3点支持)を使ってます。
1点支持の良いところは場所を選ばない事です。
Loved the Dab by the window! 😂
Thank you man. Much appreciated.
You’re welcome!
Does this have any stabilizing like a gimbal?
How do I record myself and minimize a lot of the shaking from the car driving?
Thank you

It’s got regular tripod threads! Glad you like this :)
Getting a Sony ZV1 soon i needed this video for a good mount thanks boss 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿
Happy to help!
Just found this video, looks amazing! Everyone still happy with this? I need something for my mirrorless.
Thanks! I love it still!
Seriously loved the video and this is exactly what I needed. Going to order these for sure
Thanks! And nice!
So excited to try this! Building my first robot! You didn’t mention if the Kondor arm was the 3/8”-16 5.5 or the 1/4”-20
It’s the shorter one but I also have the extension arm!
@@nobatechnology Is the suction cup black or white ? I see 2 different colors in your video..
I had both models :)

Darn! Try eBay!
Thanks a lot for this! This was a huge help!

Sounds like you have all you need! :)
@@nobatechnology Awesome thanks a lot! Ordered :)
Aye 🔥 video really enjoyed that one
Thanks!
What lens would you recommend for a blackmagic 6k pro getting those tight close up shots of the driver
Going wide surprisingly gives you decent minimum focusing, but I think a 24-70 could do the trick too.
Thanks bruh great video
You’re welcome!
I just got the sony zv-1 and i loveee it! on my channel i did videos on it and my unboxing. so worth getting still.. in 2022!!
Nice!

Just a Cheap Amazon one you can use any phone mount with a quarter twenty thread
Capp on the neewer suction cup being trash. More affordable and no issue at all while used.

EYYY! NEW VIDEO 🔥
Thanks for the support!
why you didn't try the stabilization test of those cameras you need to show them to us
Because unless you go over a speed bump or dip your normal stabilization on the camera looks great.
Got me with the Komodo
I’ve got the seasucker. Never thought to use my ZV1s in the car instead of my GoPros. 🤯
It’s awesome!
You just gave me new ideas ;-) 🤘🏻😎🔥
Awesome to hear! Can’t wait to see :)
I have the Sony zv10 what setup do I need? It's so many attachments it's hard to figure out please advise
Just a ball head and this suction mount!
Can you rig an Ursa Mini Pro G2 to this?

What are people using for microphones to reduce/eliminate road noise?
I use a lavalier mic!
Thank you very much.
You’re welcome!
can you take the suiction off and put it in a new spot with ease?
Super easily!
Boutta film nascar interior shots 🔥
Yooo that would be cool! :)
How many kilos the windshield can hold?
Depends on your windshield. Everyone is different.
Cool but I would be afraid I would break the windshield.
It’s safety rated to be fine on windshields!
Sea sucker also makes really good bike racks!
I’ve heard that!
+1 good ideas
No footage while the car moving. Greeaaat!!
Maybe you should watch the whole video…
@@nobatechnology maybe there should be a timestamp?
Good suggestion! But yeah it’s definitely there :)
I’ve beeeen waiting on this video since you shared it to your story on IG
Thanks for the support!
one day your windshield break, you won't say it works
Then you fix your windshield and it works. Or you put it on your side window. :)
How about the vibration?
Unless you’re going over a speed bump or dip, I didn’t notice any in my footage!
Seems cool, but that lens is way too long to use in a car
So far it’s worked pretty good since it’s so wide at 16-35. I think a 24 mm would work nicely too. I kind of like having the option to zoom though.
Just be careful not to drive with it on, you could easily damage your camera/lens if you hit a bump.
I’ll keep it in mind! :)
btw this is 2 of 5 vids tonight i +1 to 100, what are the odds
Really bad idea but cool
Why is it a bad idea if it’s cool?
@@nobatechnology you're right
@@nobatechnologyI don't mean in this way, it is just if the camera fall down, it got to 😭
@@nobatechnology by the way nice video
Got it!
croatia! excellent video
Thanks for the support from Croatia! :)
Would been awesome to see a review of the condor blue cage
Coming soon!
You do get shake with only on point of contact unfortunately
