This is a game that flew under my radar. Myself, and a few of my gaming group like 18xx, so they might also like this. I understand it's not 18xx, but it has the vibes.

Perhaps at some point you will play the best game about aviation's history, Martin Wallace's Aeroplanes: Aviation Ascendant. So far no other designer has managed to create better and more convincing mechanisms to fit the theme and the period.
