Thank you so much for all of these amazing videos! Pure gems. I am a gymnastics coach in a little village in rural Norway. We do not have a lot of local gymnastics resources here, in terms of coaching knowledge (I am the only parent/coach in the four villages that kids come from to train who did gymnastics as a child - and not competitively). I've been learning all my coaching skills from RUclips because I don't remember much from the learning process from when I was a kid. Now some of the kids have gotten to the aerial, back-handspring, etc. stage, and having these kinds of simple and solid progressions that you guys share in these videos is pure gold! The drills are also super useful for me to incorporate at the more beginning levels, further solidifying their progressions. These are all so very, very appreciated.
