Interesting how peoples sales differ, personally I find Cyphastrea hard to shift as my customer seem to have little interest in it. I think it's probably one of those corals that may sell much better online via close up photos, rather than in the flesh from a tank crowded with other corals.
I don't understand why anyone would buy speading corals on round or flat disks. It will take years before they even begin to look natural, by which time the buyer will have already moved on to the latest garish bauble.
The disks are for efficiency and transport. 50% of your comments are saying how I’m wrong and how simple some of these problems are to fix with a MIT brain. I’m sure you can work out a way to make these more aesthetically pleasing… then patent it and retire on a Hawaiian island somewhere sipping cock-tails…
What happened to the challenge you was doing where you was trading you way up to a black tang from a piece of Xenia coral
1. Cyphastrea 3:46
2. Leptoseris 2:56
3. War Coral 2:08
4. Alveopora 1:23
5. Galaxea 0:44
Would love a 2024 update
Great video as always mate
I'd really like to see a "Do you really want a Morish Idol" video :)

I actually think you might be right there
Surprised by the Galaxia - never interested me and as you say, a stinger!
