I lives in a place where border to karanataka in Kannur district. Elevation is almost 4300ft from sea level and I can assure you that its a place that give you sis seasons and safe, Isolate from negetivity and one can survive from strikes, Harthal, Daily stock headaches, Media bites and gossips. Life is beautiful when I woke up and watch white cold fogg on top of blue mountains.Fragnence of coffee gives you rejenuvation from entire stresses. Sounds of nature calls your name every dawns. 4:58 I am staying in one of the Skyline premium new apartment (just 6 years old )in Kottayam.
Facilities and ambience is very good.
But coming to the quality of construction they should improve a lot. There are 55 apts in our flat, most of them are facing dampness in walls...
Aftersale service is also not that good. Initially they will support us but after few years they are not that supportive. I faced a dampness issue when i just moved to the apt, after complaing they blamed about the interior people and after checking they came to the conclusion that the complaint is from their side only.... They recified it... Still i am facing dampness issue in our new apt here and there...
So. Minnunathelam ponalla..😢
