Salome must of been a great woman of immense love and wisdom to have two sons as disciples of Jesus, and especially being the mother of John, the beloved. I think the Bible verse where she wants her sons to get a place right next to Jesus in the Kingdom is often viewed as prideful, but I don’t see it that way. Salome loved her sons and she loved Jesus! I would say the same thing. There’s one Church in Spain named after her. I love Salome; she was one of the women at the foot of Jesus’ cross, most probably as her son, John, was there!✨🙏🔥
