Hey, I setup Eventin in a local environment using the software "Local", I noticed that the ticket download email doesn't get send to the purchaser once order is marked complete. Does it require extra configuration or an email service to send that email out to customers?
Or, is it because I'm hosting the website on local network instead on a live hosting service?

With the help of 3rd party automator. For example, Flowmattic or Bit Integrations. See the tutorials about these on my channel.

Unfortunately I don't remember it any more. The video was made a while ago, but I guess I tested it on both.
hi great tutorial... one question, I need to have a number of tickets available, but with different options, does the plugin manage the total number of tickets? That is, I have three types of tickets for the same event, I have a total of 100 tickets, does the plugin manage my 100 tickets depending on the type I choose?
As far as I remeber it indeed allows you to set the total number of tickets. For example, VIP tickets = 100, Seats 500 and Floor 2500
@@wpsimplehacks And I don't have the division of tickets, I have 100 tickets in total, they can be 80 adults 5 children, but the children's ticket costs less than the adult so I have to create two types of tickets, but always out of a total of 100

Hi I watch your video and decide to purchased the eventin. I have a problem which is when I use my mobile phone to make payment via stripe, the payment screen shows incorrectly, I can complete the payment. Do you have any idea how to solve the issue?

There are so many bugs on this plugin, and the support team's answer can't solve the problem at all. When I ask the Stripe payment screen on mobile device doesn't display correctly and make customer can't make payment via mobile device. They show me screen shot, they purchase the ticket. I can purchase the ticket on desktop with no issue.@@wpsimplehacks

The function of the plugin is good. But there are many bugs for this plugin: 1. stripe payment popup screen doesn't show corretly on mobile phone - customer can't make payment. 2. you can only see the total ticket order on the summary, you can't see each customer's order. 3. After customer purchase the ticket, there are no email notification send to customer or website owner.

Not that I know of. Just out of curiosity - why would you need it? WP Eventin is an event ticket plugin, Learndash is a LMS that creates courses that you can sell with Woocommerce. LD itself creates membership accesses etc.

well this is quite terrible. if someone wants to buy 60 tickets, they need to type in the email address 60 times to get tickets? isn't there a workaround for that?
