    My daily morning routine
    1) ‌Wake up at 6:00am
    2) ‌No phone
    3) ‌pray
    4) ‌Immediately get out of bed
    5)‌ Make the bed
    6)‌ Have a glass of water
    7)‌ Brush
    8) ‌Morning walk
    9) ‌Workout
    10‌ Meditate
    11) ‌Take Cold bath
    12) ‌Make tea
    13) ‌Make to-do list
    14) ‌Breakfast

    My daily routine:-
    1. Study in school from 7:40 am to 3pm
    2. study at home from 4:30 pm to 9pm
    3.Have dinner
    4. Sleep
    And repeat......
    No physical activity, destroyed mental health, No social interaction
    Just living.

    1. Daily exercise two time, morning as well as evening. In morning, I will use Fitness app & evening doing running 🏃‍♂️
    2. Read Daily books, I will read 12+ books in this year. Started from Shrimadbhgvadgita
    3. Fix my sleep cycle, I want sleep 6hour's a day. 12am to 6am, according to me this is best sleep cycle for everyone
    4. Learning C & C++ programming language
    5. Learning basic of electronics
    6. Don't eating junk food
    7. Starting RUclips earning
    8. Maintain 9+ CGPA in college from 1st year to 4th year
    9. Less talking & More Listening
    10. Starting GATE prep from Diwali
    11. Speaking English
    12. Contact with good people's
    13. Learning editing

    I deleted Insta by the end of 2023. Cuz I was determined to not get distracted as I'm a newbie in my determination for which insta was a biggest distraction. I didn't use any other social platform like Twitter, Facebook ,tiktok, etc. So,these were never a distraction but insta was...Now, I read books everyday other than studies. I hope I will see myself changing for good by the end of this year. ☺️.... Thank you Ishan Bhai your videos keeps me motivated ❤

    My day like , morning- wake up 9 am , watch anime and other stuff until 11 abd then eat , 1 an watch more anime and then 5 pm sleepy then 7 pm then food 9 pm and then watch until 2 pm , repeat cycle. Now I am just reflecting it, it's sucks
