How do those girls not fall down from dizziness? They don't "spot" like dancers do in ballet, so HOW do they maintain their balance and speed? (That smallest girl seemed to be spinning at least half again as fast as the others - she made ME dizzy!)

The key is an even footing and keeping the eyes level. You’ll notice they also don’t bob up and down at all.
