To each their own. Wing Nutz is a love or hate place in WNY. I tried my best to love their style but that coating they put on the wing (baking powder and something else) completely changes the texture and just throws you off coupled with sauces that just don’t do it for me. Not to mention you’re getting each establishment’s best effort. You need to partner up and have them order without you there so that your wings come out as undercooked, under sauced and room temperature as ours 😂. Like Riverfield I was at recently. Way different experience I had than you. Overcooked, bone dry with a trace amount of sauce.
I've got to be honest. I LOVE, LOVE wings, Buffalo wings in particular. However, when there was a "wing shortage" a couple years ago and everyone raised the prices for them due to that, I stopped ordering them as much. I finally started making my own wings at home. I air fry them, use Frank's Hot Buffalo Wing sauce with some Tabasco and pepper and some other common spices with butter, all mixed together. They are easily as good, or - let's be honest, any wings directly out of the fryer of any kind and still steaming are - better than take out or even sit in restaurant ones. I pay literally a third or less for the same meal. Forty bucks for TWENTY WINGS? No. Just buy drumsticks if you want bigger chicken portions and air fry them, at probably a third or less price. I just can't justify these prices for what you are actually paying for, and I'm NOT and have NEVER been cheap when it come to getting what you pay for. I just can't justify paying that much for chicken wings.
Be in town next week, this sold me. Great video!

Valid points
The only thing I don't like here is Wingnutz were prepared for this review. I would have gone in unannounced for a more fair and honest review.
They should always be prepared no matter who it is. Check out my other 2 Wingnutz review and almost on par with the scoring.
