Many years ago I attended a Jackson Browne concert in L.A. Keb' Mo' was the opening act. I hadn't heard of him before and thought to myself, "I hope this guy's okay." I didn't have high hopes, though. Just as soon as he came on stage I learned how special he was and still is.
