Never heard Keb Mo play these songs before so sweet and laid back and great.
It’s hard to believe that Keb Mo was around for 30 years before I heard him and how great he is singing and just a great musician
Keb Mo is a living proof that you don't need to play long solo blues to be considered one of the greatest blues guitarists. Keb Mo's phrasing and control is perfect.
Just came to know keb Mo; i hear alittle Sam cooke and Otis Redding from him. He's a pleasure to see perform. Thumbs up all the way for KEB!!!

- Acclaimed singer, songwriter, bandleader, and multi-instrumentalist who has risen among the ranks of the blues world with his modern interpretation of the Delta blues that incorporates elements of rock, jazz, and folk. His first album under his moniker of Keb’ Mo” netted his first Blues Music Award and to date he has been awarded 3 Grammy Awards for Best Contemporary Blues Album.
I've loved Kebs music ever since I first saw him support Dr John many many (16 or 17?) years ago ..... here in Perth Western Australia. I went out & bought every thing I could get hold of that he recorded & have ever since .... I him to be around a long time so need to keep him well fed in return for his wonderful music :-)

A different kind of blues, yet it's real blues. I love his storytelling style, which is what blues is anyway.
I thought the same. Definitely not the standard blues. It's smoother and less predictable. I absolutely love this! I love the standard blues too.
chappahx I love it too and yes, I love the standard blues too. I didn't grow up hearing the blues. But once I left my little hometown, I became exposed to all kinds of music such as "...That gov-ment cheese" kind of music, Lol, fell in love with it!

Mr. Mo is a generous man cause he lets his band shine with their own solos. Not a greedy man. Main man on the keys got it going on. Bass solo love it. Funky drums like my man Big Tony from Trouble.

Ha portato nel panorama internazionale delle novità molto interessanti e coinvolgenti, suoni e voce soft assai gradevoli all'ascolto; al momento lo considero il numero 1 del Blues Statunitense, inoltre è un chitarrista completo perchè funge da accompagnatore e nello stesso tempo è anche un fenomenale solista.
