I bought the online PDF back in January and haven’t looked back ! No more Pain in joints no more wasted effort on useless exercises and getting results week in week out ....I wouldn’t be without it !! Reading it for the second time now ! Worth its weight in gold !
Doug, This must be a very difficult time for you. You and Rick had great Chemistry and were a 1ot of fun to listen to and you could see that you both cared for one another. May he RIP and I am glad you have many good memories and thanks for giving us some good and fun one's! In regards to Covid, hope you can go over what works at home because many of us don't have the cables or other perfect necessary equipment to do to do the exercises that you recommend as the best one's for each body part. Perhaps you can suggest your second team of best exercises to do at home with dumbbells. Thank you.
