please few answer bro: 1. do you need always turn it on screen mirror on the phone and idrive display when you jump in and start the car 2. are you able to control your phone with idrive wheel or control through touch the idrive display 3. does your phone screen display turned off when you use screen miror on idrive for 2-3 hours for example..
Yeah you have to turn it on on the phone for it to work. You can control the on screen controls with the Idrive wheel but not what the phone is showing. I have only used it for like 30 mins and it did not

I have a 2023 X6M iDrive 7 and 2022 Galaxy S22 Ultra. I coded both video in motion options using BimmerCode. Simply put the "screen mirroring option in my radio/head unit" does not appear. Just tried using the Binize without success, including use of SIM card in Binize component. Any input would be appreciated.
@fightme6442 I just didn't do it that way, I have an android so I manually screen mirrored it. Man all these BM's have different tech even though they look the same... 😂🙄
@@WhatsyourForte I'll give it a shot and report back. My M3 is currently in the shop getting PPF and tint done. When you say USB, you have videos loaded on a thumb drive that you're playing via iDrive? If so, what formats are supported?
@@WhatsyourForte I was able to maximize the screen size on the idrive. Once you start screen sharing it gives you these two icons with a blue background, click one of them and you can adjust the aspect ratio on the device it's being mirrored to.

Smart View is the mirracast implementation that Samsung has.
Where is the link to be able to key in motion? I think that’s what you called it. And will that void the warranty?

Samsung Z fold 4 smart view can't find the BMW idrive. So if you have a BMW don't buy Z fold 4. So disappoint.
