These areas are not developed due to IT boom like said in Interview by some Tamil settler... these Jubilee hills Banjara Hills are developed after the Telugu film industry shifted here from Chennai in 80s.... The Telugu film stars and production houses felt bad about the Tamil racistic treatment and decided to go to Hyderabad back when they had no resources here in the city... The Government and Chiefminister back then helped a lot and allotted huge acres of land and they developed these places and now they are costliest areas in the country....
