Here's a question. If you listen to the song a million times, watch the video over and over again, is there a trick to memorizing it without those aids?
Margaret! That’s a really good question. I have found challenging songs along my journey that have been hard to memorize, so I can see myself in this question. What has helped me is to practice in sections. For example, practice V1, V2, and C1 as many times as possible, then move on to the next section. Before going to section 3, I rehearse everything from the beginning and keep adding sections as I go. I hope this is helpful. Blessings.
