- In this video, I will show you Removed Items From Roblox Jailbreak:
1. Racetrack - May 4, 2019 - May 6, 2019
For a weekend, players were surprised by a massive track that went above the height limit in Jailbreak. Reaching the top of it would give players a code, which gave $5,000 in-game cash. This was only a temporary item/event as Badimo intended it to only be for a weekend, it was a fun addition that was removed.
2. Prison Searchlight - April 21, 2017 March 31, 2019
In the prison, there was an item on the watchtowers on the gate of the prison that allowed police officers to go up on the watchtowers and press a button to operate the lights. The lights would turn on and follow a criminal. Prison searchlights were removed as the gameplay of Jailbreak shifted from the prison to more of an open-world game which meant no one really spent time in the prison anymore.
3. Police Camaro - April 21, 2017 - December 23, 2017
In the beginning of Jailbreak, there was a special variant of the Camaro that spawned only in the prison parking lot with sirens equipped. It was claimed to have a higher speed than a regular Camaro. This made a huge difference as there weren’t really any fast vehicles in the game at the time. Over time, this wasn’t useful anymore which meant Badimo removed it.
4. Radio Station - April 21, 2017 - June 13, 2018
Back in 2017, where the current Museum is located, there was an unused building that really just served as decoration to make the town seem more realistic. In front of the radio station, there was the vaulted Porsche convertible (posh) as well. As we know it, this was eventually replaced by the museum in 2018.
5. Extra Apartments -July 19, 2017 - Late 2017
How it worked: When apartments came out in the apartments update in 2017, there were several apartments players could buy scattered in the city. There 2 extra apartments as Badimo believed they would be popular. Boy were they wrong!
6. Extra Storage Game Pass - April 21, 2017 - October 2, 2018
Badimo offered a gamepass that gave players two slots in a Bed drawer in a Prison cell. Obviously this was removed due to lack of use as prison gameplay has gone down over the years. Players who still own this game pass are awarded the Spare Tire Spoiler.
7. Blade: August 2, 2020 - October 6, 2020
This $1,000,000 vehicle that hovered and used its terrain around it to fly higher and lower was removed for unknown reasons, most likely due to copyright reasons. Players were refunded their cash back the next day after it was removed. The Drone replaced the Blade in the November 2020 Update. We miss you blade :(
8. Ship Near Cheater Island - July 14, 2019 - September 1, 2019
As a form of a teaser for a new update, there was an undriveable ship that kinda resembled the Sloop we now have in the game, was docked in the river near the Cheater Island, which contained a box. Once it left, it dropped off the box containing the Sword.
9. Starter Pack: August 13, 2017 - May 3, 2020
A starter pack costing 399 robux was removed during the Nukes Update. Once purchased, it will give players $4,500 in-game cash, a peach texture and the Pickup truck. It could only be purchased within the first 24 hours of playing the game. It was probably removed due to its lack of use now that players can get in-game cash easier.
10. Visitors Building: April 21, 2017 - October 4, 2020
One of the core buildings that have existed since the start of Jailbreak, the visitors center was a room that didn’t serve a purpose. It was pure decoration. This may be a bit random, but I vividly remember it being a popular escape plan for me back in the day. Ahhh, the good ol’ days. Sadly, it was replaced by the Prison Garage containing the Surus, the SWAT Van, the Deja and the Patrol, in October 2020 due to lack of relevance.

11. Piggy in Sewers
Starting from the Nukes Update of May 3, 2020, each game added content from the other one, with Jailbreak's being in the form of a Piggy enemy giving Piggy-themed reward rims upon being killed by them, and Piggy's being a police polar bear skin (Poley) obtained from a laser obstacle course. This event was limited time for Piggy, but remained in Jailbreak for a while Until February 2021, coincidentally in the Dogs Update, which was another NPC edition. Nothing suspicious there!
12. Gamemodes: February 5, 2019 - August 31, 2021
Game Modes were minigames that could be played on Jailbreak servers. Some popular game modes were alien invasion and Battle Royale. When game modes were bought and initiated, they interrupted normal gameplay and put changes on the game for a limited time. They were removed due to factors such as laggy game modes and poor usage in servers.

The Blade was in fact removed for copyright, it was in a SciFi movie called “Blade Runner” and Badimo was forced to remove it and later replace it with the Drone, a copyright free version.
Actually it isn't confirmed why it was removed, but the popular speculation is that it was removed for copyright reasons.

This was nostalgic to watch. I really miss the old classic Jailbreak. I actually quit for a while when they started to introduce all the new updates and got rid of old things, around the time the dogs and houses came out I think.
The police camero was actually removed due to an update that automatically make cars police cars if a officer drives it, and the Model 3 came out with the game also which I think was faster
Small one, but don’t forget the old siren placements! The cybertruck and airtail used to have modified siren (places)
I loved the radio station, wish it stayed for a bit longer

right! OG Jailbreak was really cool and ahead of its time! There was a sort of excitement with every update as Badimo worked hard to bring really cool and sometimes silly updates!
another thing that was removed/revamped was the atv, where you could have been going backwards up the sides of buildings, but since then badimo removed the atv for the time being and added it back just not allowing it to climb up buildings while going reverse again.

the police camaro being faster makes sense, since manufacturers (like ford) make versions of some of their cars intended for police, that are upgraded and made faster from the civilian models and purpouse built for police use
I played in 2017, my brother played the first week it was open and we played together every day. it was so fun to play with no campers or sweats in the game. I joined jailbreak with my brother a year or two later to see most of the things I loved get removed. It brings back memories. the biggest update I remember is the musuem, (updated) jewelery, or apartment update, each one of them changed the game. I used to hide in the visitors building after stealing a key from a cop and im still kinda sad they took it out. I think it was replaced by the garage though.

not lying man I used to play Jailbreak in my tablet like 4 years ago, but then didnt play for long and finally came back last year until today
and actually those cop cars were damn true but didnt know that it was the fastest vehicle back then XD..oh silly young me

I remember that room right across the cafeteria that led outside but u needed a key card and it was useless bc there were fences on both sides so I mostly used to get keys by paying cops

I really want Badimo to make a nostoga jailbreak (somewhere around mid 2019) for older players cause after that the game started to become almost un recogniseable and we only have the og first release of jailbreak as a game for some of the older players

I remember the first Ferrari. Spawned next to the airport were there used to be a waterfall but was removed map expansion. And the Ferrari was moved to the train station.
In the waterfall there was a small place with a star spinning and on top of the waterfall and Easter egg to kreek craft was a horse picture

as someone considered "og" since i started jailbreak in the end of december in 2018, i do have to say i miss the way things used to be back in 2019 and 2020. updates were still good and exciting and focused on vehicles and gameplay but now updates are mainly just bug fixes and updated graphics. also with the updated graphics a game that used to not lag for me at all has become extremely laggy when i use the shadows. i wish theyd stop paying attention to the looks of the game and focus on what the players want
very good point here! Jailbreak has taken steps in the right direction but still needs improvement in certain areas

back in 2017 when you could store items in your cell. Someone put there key card inside the drawer and i took it without them knowing
only ogs remember this: so u know whats the tallest builder in jailbreak right? its near the hospital and back then it was an apartment (just a random memory)

U didn’t have to crouch I’m pretty sure just walk backwards and go in first person to turn the other way quickly which U can still do in the cop base downstairs just takes a few minutes to get it
Another thing they removed was the crowbar from under the benches in the yard, which opened up another way to escape via the toilets if I remember correctly
I think it was a hammer and I tried it once but I got arrested when I picked it up
@@yehudar5976 im pretty sure there was a hammer too, but I usually used either one at night or when the cops were all out arresting other criminals, regardless I wish they could bring them back
