That cafe alps scene is one of my favorites in the series. I remember that was last thing I expected for some reason and I actually felt like he was a force and intimidated. First time I've ever had chills from a game Felt that way with the Mole and too. What great villains. Some of the best in the series I say
Hated Hamura at first, but he redeemed himself in the end. This series is filled with people like that (Someya was one of my favorites). His "atonement" and him walking in at 1:37:20 was one of my favorite parts in this game.
