- Thanks for joining me. Today im gonna make some roast potato salad.
I've never made it before but hay, Lets give it a try.
It's ver similar to my traditional german potato salad just roasted so what could go wrong, right?
I've got not measures or recipy so just watch what im doing and make your own. You can change it to suit yourself.
This is usually made with boiled potato's but Im not giving a shite and it tastes ok to me.
To those that have been following me, a big thank you for your support. It's been a nightmare the last 4 months so I appreciate you guys. I'll do an update video soon.

I made this video spur of the moment because I was feeling a bit stronger mentally.
It was first time making this with roast potatoes and if I was to do it again I'd roast the potatoes a little less and I did add some plain mayonnaise and some lemon juice to taste after but it's totally up you . I'll do an update video soon. Much love.

The potato dish looks really good. Glad to see your back and getting things back to normal. I have lived in Florida , USA all my life and been through many hurricanes and I know what it is like to deal with water and wind and the after mess. Sending lots of prayers to you and your family. Roasted potato salad sounds amazing! I make German potato salad with white vinegar and mayo, salt, pepper, onion, and bacon. All our Kmarts have closed here in the states I believe and I miss them! Keep the lights!!!

I love shopping at Kmart. Most of the stores shut down in this area which is really a bummer. Geat idea to go stainless! Great vid! So enjoyable! Can't wait to try you devistation recipe.

I've never had potato salad like that. Would be a change of pace. I've barely cooked any since my husband died but I'm slowly trying to get back to it.
