You job as a married man is simple: To create a conducive environment for your family to live, thrive and excel. Don't involve yourself too much with details of how they do that. As a husband create and facilitate an environment where your wife can thrive and excel in her duties as a wife and mother. As a father facilitate and create an environment where your children can thrive and excel in all phases of their growth. Do that and you will live in peace. Happiness is relative.

@@TNJ-gn2gv Leadership is not synomous with micro managing. in other words, if you can teach,facilitate and trust your family to do the right thing and make the right choices you don't need to be know the details of how they got to making those choices. The outcome of those choices will vindicate your trust in them.
