Looking forward to a nice cup of clam chowder on my next visit and will try to get some updated shots if the weather is clearer. Let me know what you think about these lounges in Seattle.
We've been to D and N locations. So far the N concourse lounge had the best food. Very fresh and greatest variety. Hoping to try C concourse soon. Looks like it would be more enjoyable than D was.
I’ve been to the D and N lounges. I usually choose the Alaska lounge for morning flights due to that pancake printer (and the sausage they offer is also rather solid), and ESPECIALLY if I’m departing the N satellite. I’m a sucker for the rustic, cozy/homey atmosphere offered here.
Is there a max time restriction? We arrive from London at 11.30am but our flight to Kauai is only just before 6pm! We’re flying 1st class so hoping to spend as much time in the N lounge snoozing as possible 😊
Great question as a few lounges do have a time rule. Alaska currently says same-day travel so you should be good to go. See here for updated rules - www.alaskaair.com/content/airport-lounge/policies-and-rules
Would any of these be accessible after arriving and picking up our luggage? I know we can use them but wasn’t sure if we would be able to enter after luggage pick up via security.
My understanding is you can only use the lounges when departing (original flight or connecting through). If you picked up your luggage I don't think you would be allowed back into the secured area of the airport without a ticket for a flight. Here is a short excerpt from their rules page "...Lounge members will need to provide at the time of entry, a valid boarding pass for a flight that day on Alaska, a fellow oneworld member airline, or one of our additional global airline partners.***" If you want to dig around for more information here is the Alaska rules link - www.alaskaair.com/content/airport-lounge/policies-and-rules?semid=Google%7C%7CSEMGenDSA%7C%7C&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjw0_WyBhDMARIsAL1Vz8vua2BZhvp3wD06lI3XCbmeM2mW-EqgeIZfgN20QBa_wN_PQD49SWcaAqOiEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds
The Alaska Lounge at N is quite nice I think, I do think some food option rotations would go a long way in keeping members happy, especially at SEATAC.
@@suitesandlobbies Domestic lounges has such a long way to go compared to lounges operated by international carriers. The economics and lack of competition in this space (domestically) will likely keep things the same for a while.

Great overview of all three lounges, exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!
You are welcome!
I agree with Tanya Great overview of all three lounges, exactly what I was looking for. Thank you! I have a four hour layover
Your welcome! Enjoy your layover.

This was very helpful, thanks. Hoping to take advantage on a return flight from Seattle.

I would love to sit by that fireplace in N and watch a light snowfall come down. Not too much though, don't want a delay or anything, ha!
@@suitesandlobbies the only thing I'd say the lounge is missing is hot chocolate (at least during the winter months).

Does business class ticket get you in… just wont
We’re flying from Seattle to Chicago. Would you know which lounge is closest?
Once you know which terminal/concourse you are flying out of then you can pick the closest.
Thanks 🤙
Stinks with theceo pay is #1 as food is very limited and cheap.. really norai erbeer salomn du gress carb hell no top pot doughts.
All Alaska lounge in SeaTac is a joke. Same food for ages and it’s not good. I’m getting taco-phobia.
