Sometimes you get Windward winds and planes have to land Toward the west and take off to the west but that happens only once in a great while Mostly they take off toward the east and Landen to the east

We had a girls trip here this past October to celebrate my 50th birthday. This place was phenomenal, the service was TOP NOTCH!! We had sunrise views that had us up and early every single day, because they were too beautiful to miss a second of!! The full kitchen was wonderful to have and the master tub was a delight!! I wish the sundeck was larger but was satisfied, especially with this property being so centrally located in that luxury area of Waikiki. Im excited for Hilton to make its own mark of the building!!! (I would have never, ever stayed their with a certain someone's name on the sign!!!) Wonderful views overlooking the fort. (VERY BEST Mai Tai...House/Earl without a key!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Happy New Year😊

I love the Hilo Airport. I wish all seating areas were like this lower lobby.

I haven't flown Alaska since 2006. That will change in about a week, plus a round trip to Hawaii in May. Delta rocked the boat, and some of us looked elsewhere. We started the transition right before the Hawaiian acquisition was announced, and the changes so far have all worked in our favor.

Please do an update and this time walk through the Residences, which I learned thru booking is a whole separate category / room. Super confusing if you didn’t know! But a MUST to have kitchen/laundry for young families. Also, the resort fee is now $56 and parking $59 😢 they also state on their website that locals get a special rate and don’t need to pay the resort fee!
