Gostaria de vê-los fazendo o circuito nordestino todo e se puderem conhecer também a floresta amazônica e o pantanal algum dia.

Now that you have a car continue going north stopping at beaches and small villages along the coast, Sao Miguel dos Milagres is highly recommended for its calm and beautiful beaches lined with coconut palms giving shade
I second the recommendations for visiting the Lençoís Maranhenses, with the caveat that it's not the best time of year to do so. But your experience with the suddenly unpaved road - and the speed bumps! - reminded me of the time I visited them in July 2014. On the way back from the Lençoís to the state capital, São Luis, we encountered a massive traffic jam, due to a collision a mile or two ahead. A bunch of drivers ahead of us decided to leave the road and drive on the dirt track on the other side of the nearby rail line. We followed suit, and our rented Ford Fiesta got seriously bumped around and covered in red dirt. When we finally got close to the city, we went to a gas station to fill up the rental. I asked a lady who worked there if they had a car wash. "No, but we can wash your car by hand." "Ok, how much will that cost?" "Nothing." "Nothing, really?" "Well... maybe you can tip us so we can enjoy a few cold ones later on," she said with a wink.
Actually they went to the south already Victor, last time they went to Florianópolis and Balneário Camboriú, but yes , there are so many places they don’t know. So many parks and cities they should go for example, from there, to Natal city ,Lençóis Maranhenses and much more 😂😅✌🏻😉👍🏻‼️
Wow, it's amazing how many palm trees you're seeing in Brazil! "Pindorama" is a Tupi word that the indigenous peoples of Brazil used to describe the land, meaning "Land of the Palms". It's a symbol of the country's rich cultural heritage and its connection to nature. Enjoy your travels!

I've been watching you two for the last two months and I'm really enjoying all your adventures and all the happiness that you transmit to your viewers.
I remember first finding out about you guys on your third video here in Brazil, in my hometown Sao Paulo. Ever since then I've been following both of you all around - in and out of Brazil. When I found out you were coming back I was so happy! And it has been a true joy watching you on this second part of your time here. I reckon yous being doing a way of traveling that I'd do as well: slow and steady, figuring things out as you go - and it clearly has worked out. You both already know so much about our country culture, language and quirks that I've found myself outright smiling through most of this video. It's crazy the kind of empathy you can develop watching strangers that have no idea about you, hahaha Definitely the Sunday lives help so much! Ever since I started watching (most of) them I truly got another sense of appreciation for the channel, so much so that I became a member for the first time here in YT. Some observations about this specific video: - First, what a beautiful place. I've never been there and now I wanna. - The whole ordeal of ending up in the wrong spot for the ferry (Google Maps ain't the most reliable option in country-side Brazil) and then managing to get (and comprehend) the info and getting in it just in the nick of time was quite fun to watch. Thanks Ivana for getting that on record! And Steve, as someone who has traveled the world quite a bit like you, I agree that these moments are among the best there is. Sometimes people think 'adventures' are something grand and wild, when in reality you can find adventure in the most tiny and uncanny places. - I've mentioned already but wow you guys are rocking on your Portuguese. It's pretty nice seeing you trying to and figuring out things and words you come across. - You both seem so much more relaxed in terms of security, as well. I know you are still paying attention to your surroundings at all times (as you should, sadly), but it's nice to feel the confidence. - Steve, you really want to break thru with the Carne de Sol thing, huh? hahahah. Personally I'm not a big fan either. Whenever you're back in Sao Paulo I'd absolutely would love to take you anywhere you'd like! Cheers MUITO BOM

Wow! This must be one of your masterpieces. The places, the shots, the vibe and the spontaneity factor were all on point. I see why you like road trips so much: the format really agrees with you. Now that you lost your fear to drive here, maybe they may play a bigger role in your next trip here. Also, many people have already commented about this before, but if possible ask for some bottled butter (PT: manteiga de garrafa) alongside your carne de sol. That's the most proper and typical way to moisturize it.
You guys NAILED the guy's intructions! Great job! And yeah, Carne do Sol is very popular in the Northeast, but not everyone does it the same way and there are variations in quality. There is such thing as a tender Carne do Sol! 🤤
Nordeste is really the best place to choose to make trips like this. You can travel between States easily, there are a lot of quiet places with few buildings and stuff, mainly just small houses and a lot of beaches to stay. I'm from Brazil myself, but I had never gone to Nordeste before, then I did a trip with my father back in 2019. I traveled the world before, but the trip to Nordeste was really high in my list, because we usually don't realize what we (Brazilians) have on our own country, since we just look for the other countries from Europe and such, so to know that we have such a great place so close to us...is amazing!

16:10 carne de sol is waaaay more typical in northeast than churrasco, unfortunately (for Steve because I LOVE carne de sol), he has to get used to it. I live in São Paulo and if I could I'd eat carne de sol every week, but it's not easy to find it here =/
It is good to check the way on Google maps before the trip, because some times the GPS send you to a sand road when there is a better way just because it is the shortest way. Nice trip, good luck.
Another great vids guys! Steve, ask for "manteiga de garrafa" to make your carne de sol better its like melted butter in a bottle! I would say in this region seadfood is the best way to go. Sometimes is good to ask to the waiter what is the suggestion of the day.
There are 3 main types of highway in Brazil: - The Federal Highways are under responsibility of the Brazilian Government and have normally better quality. Their names always starts with the letters BR. BR-101 is the longest of them, with 4,650 km in length and crosses longitudinally several states, sometimes very close to the shore. - The State Highways are under responsibility of the Federation States administration and receive the letters of the corresponding state, such as MG-××× for Minas Gerais and BA-××× for Bahia. - The Municipal Highways are minor local roads nets maintained by the city administrations. Most highways in Brasil are toll-free but some of them have manteinance made by private companies that charges tolls as compensation.
You guys should go to Chapada Diamantina's national Park (especially to Vale do Capão). In my opinion is one of the most amazing places in Brazil. I highly recommend it!
Wow, what an adventure! Again, you are understanding Portuguese very well! It is a very difficult language. "Muito bom" became the channels jargon! It was exciting to see you in this beautiful place!
"Adiante que ela tá lá". Meaning: 'Corre senão vc perde a balsa'. Meaning: 'Hurry up or you will miss the balsa'. Haha I'm Brazilian and that was the first time that I heard that message that way. I love the people from Northeast. They are very friendly. And all the time saying 'pronto', which is like 'ok', or 'that's it'. Here we would say 'isso' or 'é isso aí'.
Carne de sol is really good when you eat with cassava “escondidinho” or “delícia de macaxeira”. The dry feeling of the carne de sol meat is compensated by the smoothness of the cassava. You can find this dish easily in the northeast.
Guys, bottled butter. Carne de sol goes well with bottled butter and pepper. Also with "feijão de corda", and queijo coalho. Instead of fried mandioca, cooked in water and buttered. It is good oily and spicy, and then you take and afternoon nap, to digest it, like a boa constrictor after eating its prey!
It's so fany. This is the first time that I Saw people "estrangeiro" showing my cities here in Brazil. I'm brazilian woman from Sao Paulo. Thanks a lot and welcome. Enjoy the trip. I love Sergipe and Alagoas. After these you will be desiring to live here forever. God bless you!
I remember watching your first video in Brazil, I think it was in São Paulo. I see you guys now so relaxed and so into the Brazilian culture :) Brazil surely changes people ❤❤
Next time you try carne de sol, ask for "manteiga de garrafa" which literally stands for bottled butter... the butter will ad the fat, moisture and flavor you think was missing.
As a Brazillian geography teacher I'm so jellous of you. You've crossed the São Francisco River which the most symbolic river in Brazil. It is the longest 100% Brazillian river, starting in Minas Gerais, and ending near where you cross it. It is some times called the Brazillian Nile because it crosses the driest region of the country, however it is popularly known as the Velho Chico, or Old Chico. Chico is a familiar way to refer to the name Francisco. Also, Carne de Sol is very traditional in the North East instead of Churrasco, because it was a very popular way to preserve meat before the arrival of refrigeration. Love the video. Keep going North!

The guy who gave you directions to the ferry said "Adiante" literally means in front of you. But he meant it like a verb for you to hurry up. People from the northeast will say that a lot. He then said he had seen the ferry arriving not long ago, so it would be on the way out soon. He really wanted you guys to make it. :)

Mano, os homens no final do vídeo 😂😂😂. Cachaça é fod4 😂😂😂😂😂
It makes me so happy watching u guys having fun there 🤗🤗🤗🤗
Luv this couple!! Can’t stop watching their videos!!!
a pala final dos caras dançando no bar foi a melhor!!!!
Wow, what an adventure! Again, you are understanding Portuguese very well! It is a very difficult language. "Muito bom" became the channels jargon! It was exciting to see you in this beautiful place!
Loved, loved, loved the road trip. Last time I went to Maceio I was a teen in 1994 and loved the place, but to go there in a road trip... Wow!!
Right now I'm feeling so jealous about this road trip right now
Wonderful road trip. You're doing more for the tourism in Brazil than any government ever did. Well done! Muito bom!
Kkkkk exagerado 😂😂😂😂😂
Whoever planned this trip, congrats. Idk if was Steve or Ivana, but THATS HOW U KNOW A COUNTRY!
9:30 That was so exciting 😄
Temos muitos Brasils ,somos plural , adorei vocês registrarem o Brasil profundo . Valeu !!!
Surprisingly, Steve said "hurry" after that...I would never think they would understand the way he said it XD
@@carolinenascimentodossanto8329 Body language perhaps.
The party at the end 😂😂😂
You guys gotta go to João Pessoa. Beautiful city with great beaches nearby.
Manooooooo, o Steve é MUITO BOM, Ivana completa o Time, me divirto assistindo esses 2.
Eu amo Alagoas uma das praias mais lindas do brasil com certeza!!!
Oh my... The guys twerking at the end of the video 😆 🤣
Carne de sol is really good when you eat with cassava “escondidinho” or “delícia de macaxeira”. The dry feeling of the carne de sol meat is compensated by the smoothness of the cassava. You can find this dish easily in the northeast.
I cant believe im at Dixie Mall and youre in Maceio
lol shoutout to Dixie Mall !!
Believe!!! 🤩🇧🇷
Of course, this is Brazil!
I see you guys now so relaxed and so into the Brazilian culture :) Brazil surely changes people ❤❤
Brazil really does!
@@ceiaaraujo5351 Eu sou nordestina e desconheço qualquer ascendencia judaica.
That ferry sequence could make into an action movie kkkkkk
You are really having the best times of your lives. 👍🏾
You are enjoying life very well
l live in brazil and i'm practicing my listening watching your videos. MUITO BOM !!!
Man, this video was great, I’m impressed by the drone shots and the editing, you guy really stepped up your game.
The man mentioned that you should go faster because the ferry was already there, you where very lucky to catch it
The guy who gave you directions to the ferry said "Adiante" literally means in front of you. But he meant it like a verb for you to hurry up. People from the northeast will say that a lot. He then said he had seen the ferry arriving not long ago, so it would be on the way out soon. He really wanted you guys to make it. :)
Hey, when you guys arrive in Fortaleza-Ceará (my state and my capital hometown) I want to meet you guys to show you around for one day.
Thanks for sharing this wonderful video n for showing your explorations in Brazil.

Northeast fan of yours over here.So happy to see you are enjoying it.Carne do sol is perfect with baião de dois,it is like a risoto of rice beans and cheese. You can ask for it to be less dry, say you want it carne mal passada.
