Not trying to be a dick, but you could always make it yourself. (Man.. sarcastic and passive aggressive people really ruined a lot of sentences)
I’m not kidding.. you can make shirts pretty easily and cheaply these days from a blank tee and iron on printable kits from Walmart, order a custom shirt online, use a vinyl cutter and do a more professional diy kinda deal.
I make my own shirts and stuff all the time, sometimes as a joke, or sometimes I see a shirt or phrase I like and want it in my own style.
So go for it! I think that would be hilarious and you should totally do it.
P.s. seriously tho.. sarcastic and passive aggressive people have made so much stuff sound like you’re being a dick.. like, it’s impossible to be genuinely happy for someone now.. “Good for you.” “I get it.. you don’t care..” “No seriously. I’m so happy for you and your new shirt. It’s super funny and cool.” “Go to hell man! I made this shirt!” “I can tell. You did a good job.” “Whatever dude.. fuck you.” “Uuugh! I’m being serious! I think your home made shirt is super cool and I’m happy for you! Good for you! Do you want a cookie?” “You’re a fucking dick! I’m leaving… I made you one too but fuck you, you’re not getting it! Asshole!” Leaves aggressively… “What the hell? I made cookies? What was his problem? … I wanted that shirt too… damn.”

I remember way back in early 2010s RUclips when I was a teenager, there was this artist/animator I used to follow who suddenly had a little star around the corner of her eye with eyeliner in all her vlog-type videos. Obviously everyone started asking if she had a tattoo and she quickly addressed it saying basically "No. One, I'm a teenager, and two, it's not something I think I'm going to want forever. It's just eyeliner and once I don't feel like doing it anymore I'm going to stop."
I remember thinking she was so cool for that, and how honest and open she was about it. She didn't treat it like a big deal, so it wasn't a big deal. Just a cool little thing she did for herself.
Idk why these adult celebrities can't be like that.

Most decent tattoo artists will not tattoo your face or hands unless you’re already pretty heavily tattooed because it is just so hard to cover tattoos in those locations, and they want to be sure the person really understands how much more of a big deal tattoos in those locations are because of that.

I know tattoo artists who believe it is unethical to give young clients face, neck, and hand tattoos when they are not already covered with other tattoos. No one is forcing the tattoo artist to do it and saying "well someone else will do it" doesn't suddenly make it a sound decision. It is also tattoo etiquette to not get neck, face, and hands until those are the last places left to tattoo.
