She did a video a while back about this, I believe the title is "Cabins, Turns, and Dirty Hooks! Crochet Podcast Episode 113." In the Tip of the Week she showed how she cleans her clover amour crochet hooks.
What a great idea…. Time saver!.. I know that you put your WIPS together with a basket including hook and scissors and yarn… that is what I have been doing since I watched that video…but…what do you do when you pull out a beautiful wip, you want to finish it, but have no clue what hook I used.. I do a few stitches, and try to eyeball size. When I,m wrong, I h don’t know it til I’ve done several rows, then I see it growing or shrinking., then frog and try again.. how do you manage this?make a whole mother swatch?…you are so efficient with your crochet I thought maybe you have a tip on this…
@@suzannebridges7334There are stitch markers/progress keepers that you can get on Etsy with numbers/letters that correspond with your hook size. That's the easiest way I know! 😊👍🧶
Hi Christa, I'm new to your channel and I'm enjoying learning the, 'new to me', things that you are sharing, thank you very much for that. Also, the colored stitch markers for the color of the hook is a great idea! Thank you so much for sharing that! I will be doing that from now on and it will alleviate so much confusion with my projects and WIP's 😊❤
