Awww. Thank you so much for watching and commenting. I'm actually working on a new one and a special request to be posted in the next few days. Please let me know if you have questions about anything. I enjoy making special request videos that I know will benefit at least one person.
Hello, Debbie. Can you tell me on which device you're using Design Space? PC? Mac? Android? iPad? Also, what version of Design Space are you using? If you're on a PC or Mac, it shows in the top-left of the application. I'm not sure where you'd find it on a smart device.
I replied to your message about an hour ago, and then I realized it never posted. I'm not sure what happened. I loaded up v7.29.147 on my Macbook and was able to see the Learning Plan on the top-left of the application and when I clicked the hamburger menu on the top-right. My best advice is to uninstall your copy of Cricut Design Space, go to design.cricut.com and download the latest version and reinstall it to see if this rectifies the issue. If not, then contact Cricut Support about the issue. I work from a PC, and I wonder if there may be an issue on Mac based on different iOs systems. My Macbook is super old and not running the latest iOS, but I did see the Learning Plan links. Since it's a Beta version of the software, then maybe rolling back to the latest stable version of 7.28 will allow you to see Learning Plan in its proper places.
@@SVGTuts Good morning!!! Thankk you for your reply. I did talk to cricut yesterday and they said they did not have a learning plan that you must have a different program. That didn’t make sense to me because I’m pretty sure you wouldn’t be able to load a program like that on your design space app. I could be wrong but they said they didn’t know of anything like that on cricut design. .I can try to reinstall and call cricut again. Thank you so much for your help. I truly appreciate it. I will let you know if they still won’t/can’t deal with the issue. Debbie
That's very odd. It sounds like you may have spoken with someone who doesn't know about the Learning Plan option in Design Space, because I wouldn't have been able to show the Learning Plan in my video walk-through if it didn't exist. Yes, let me know how it all turns out.
I recently came across your tutorials. I really like them. I've watched several. Keep them coming!
