hi! thanks for watching this video :) this account is pretty much un-active w school + two jobs i don't have time to draw all the animations unfortunately. i do have another channel if you like my humor perhaps check it out? ruclips.net/channel/UC7bswiIU7ER2KozMeb9RpmQ
Your story is not one that is alone, for someone that has worked at a Target Starbucks for 3 weeks, they almost instantly throw you out to the wolves as you've mentioned before and then gaslight you for not being able to go fast enough with transactions or making drinks fast enough. I had worked at a corporate Starbucks before working at Target and let me say, working at a Target Starbucks was more stressful than the busiest days at any Starbucks. Constant round the clock supervisors nosing their way into your store, managers always assigning tasks to you in the middle of a rush and super strict store guidelines that make absolutely no sense. I fucking hated working there, I'm glad I got fired for complimenting a CUSTOMER'S perfume (not guest, thanks but no thanks)
They pulled this same crap regarding Orientation and Training with my brother. They lied to him, or failed to communicate with him altogether. They called me on my days off DEMANDING to know why I didn’t come into work, and I told them “I am not scheduled for today!” and they would lie and claim I was wrong.
I just started working there as a seasonal and times are tough and it’s one day of just watching videos on this device they call zebra and then the next is a shadow day where you kinda learn things in a rush. And bam you are thrown out there expecting to know everything!! But you won’t and that’s okay ! Don’t stress out!!
I know I was working at a bakery for Cashier I did not know anything and I shadow someone it was only for a little bit bam bu your out there by yourself and I was all like if I make a mistake there all like just try your best I was like bruh the end.
Anytime a business tells you "your going to save money with their card" that's an immediate red flag for they are lying. A businesses goal will never be to have you save money their goal is to make profit. So you'll lose money.
Thank you for pointing out the issue with RedCards, it's already annoying to deal with people calling the wrong line for RedCard issues (i work in the call center), but upselling cards (especially rewards cards like AirMiles) is probably one of the largest issues in Retail. Nobody wants them and they still make you push them even if it makes them angry or report you to the manager.
As a target employee I felt that when you said can you come in at 10 and it’s 9am😂 already theyll call and ask me if I can go in at 3pm when I’m scheduled for 6 😂 and it’s already 2pm I’m like yeah sure and I’m like alll rushing to get changed and go
Hello. I noticed that you were low on subscribers. I think that you deserve one more for these animated videos of yours. That "one subscriber" that I'm referring to, happens to be me! Keep it up! I know that you'll have some more great videos, like this one and the previous ones, coming!

These vids are refreshing but perhaps if you wanna hear real horror stories i can post a vid about what a week is like at 10## Market Freezer. Oh and everything else. I can do a lecture on just "zoning" the ultimate non job!
For anyone wanting to know how serious they take the red card…I had to sell a red card to an elderly man who had dementia…I still feel bad to this day and to make matters worse he wanted the credit card red card
I just realized something. Wouldn't changing the prices technically be an illegal act? I'm a college student and I'm not studying law, but isn't that true?
I think if I changed the price, without permission, say for a friend, then it would be illegal, but in this case, my managers told me to change prices according to what customers said
Literally My Life But wouldn’t the prices be set by the “Marget” corporation? If that’s the case, then I don’t think that the manager can do something like that, unless there was some sort of error ringing the customers up.
Literally My Life Thanks, Celina! You're absolutely right! Luckily I’m not going into something like business. I just want to become an elementary/middle school math teacher. What’s your career goal (probably not working as a cashier because it seemed like it wasn’t your cup of tea).

I WORK AT TARGET AND I HATE WHEN GUEST TELL ME THE PRICE OF AN ITEM!!! WERE DO THEY SELL HEADPHONES FOR 3 DOLLARS🤬🤬🤬
At Five Below° and Dollar Tree for a $1. Walmart and Christmas Tree Shops. I'd rather buy them at Target with my Redcard for 5% discount.
Lmfao the "RedCards" I'm dying right now 😂😂😂😂 I work as a Guest Advocate as well

Very clever, & shocking retail experience. So unfair to emps & to customers.

I subbed. This was relatable and very entertaining. 😅
Thanks so much !!!
@@sizzle8547 No problem keep up the good work. 🙂
I'm nicer to the cashiers since its probably the mangers fault. My best day ever was when I quit and cussed out the manger.
I was trained within 15 minutes to know how to use the lane on my own. It was scary.
Bruh I work at Target right now and they put me as a cashier for a bit but I had no training as I got trained only for style and fulfillment 😭
You deserve more attention
THANK YOU
I went on the register yesterday. I was so nervous
