Are you wanting permission to use it for a pattern you are creating or are you asking if it is possible to combine knitting and crochet? If it is the first question, then yes, that is fine, I just ask that you credit my work and provide a link to this pattern. If it is the second question, then I can only say "I don't know", as I am not a knitter. I do think it shouldn't be a problem to combine knitting and crochet though... Yes, all the 'rose' squares are the same size, and I was planning to do a blanket with these patterns...but haven't done that yet ;)
