Full Odds SHINY RANGER MANAPHY in Pokemon Diamond After ONLY 624 Eggs Hatched! (Platinum DTQ 2/6)

Well, that happened. I'm genuinely shocked. I went into this hunt expecting it to take at least a year, and I was going to do it in batches of 1000 eggs, which I calculated would take me around three weeks each time. When I first started the hunt back in February, I only made it to 184 eggs hatched before getting burnt out. I put it on hold and did a few other hunts in the meantime, and honestly, I only came back to it now because the third Deoxys is taking really long time (currently at 28,576 encounters at time of writing), so I decided to put it on hold and get to 1000 Manaphy eggs and then rotate. I only started hunting it again a little under two weeks ago. I almost feel disappointed, really. Of course, if I'm going to get any shiny really early, Manaphy's the one to get, but at the same time I really don't feel like I earned it. One of the few downsides of quick hunts, I suppose.
Ah well, needless to say I'm really happy it shined! Can't wait to see you all in the next one! :)
