In fact, the cc immunity during dashes gives the rushing ability into a fight like a fighter so they had to do something to her to she can be more like an assassin rather than a fighter and this is the result

nerf, but its alright. Joy was supossed to be hard but her cc inmune made her just go all in without worries, she had huge dmg, defense and high mobility, it was way too unfair now you actually need timing and skill to use her.

It's a nerf for me, they just have to ruin everything that I Main first I main old bane because of his long range passive, second Joy by removing her immunity and then Masha by making her a pure fighter

Joy's cc immunity was godly for team fights. It's a character breaking nerf.
