Oh Sweet Mary! That looks Amazing!! Love it! Bring the Heat! Tell Jeff and Nate it's ok to sweat it out..your purifying your system. It's a good thing!
GREAT job considering the monsoon blowing through 😹... But you powered thru it! Looks like you had a lot of fun, and that's what half of it is about!! 👍. Gonna send some hot weather your way 🔥🔥.. (central Iowa here).. SENDING!!! Great job guys!!
Great cook, looked good! However, this video exemplifies why I never miss an episode. Friday night, stressful week at work and I see a vid drop from the griddle guys…yes! Stress melts away - it’s like hanging out with good friend. Thanks gents!
Hey fellas great cook!!! This is one of my favorite things to order at PF Chang's (with scallops) and I love the heat factor for sure. I made it about a year ago and wow tons of ingredients is right. I also like the scales at the end to help everyone out when deciding to make it or not. Have a great weekend!!!
Looks great fellas! If you have an Asian market around you it's definitely worth making a trip. It's almost always cheaper than getting at the grocery store and they'll have everything you needed for this cook. Just throwing it out there. Anyway take care, can't wait to see what you guys have up next.
Looks delicious! I just griddled smash burgers during our tropical storm here in New Orleans- it was a challenge!! Driving rain and 50 mph winds -but I appreciate the effort you guys go to for our entertainment! I’ll try when temps go lower... October! Y’all are great. Thanks for the hard work!
To sum this all up, what everyone else said. I don't think this is my cup of tea but, as usual, another entertaining video. Great job GGs. Happy Father's day.
Love it! Great cook Chris. I actually ordered the Szechuan Peppercorns, Black Vinegar and Shoaxing Wine for a similar recipe and haven't used it. Never thought about doing it on the griddle so this video has inspired me to revisit the idea.... may add celery for another texture. This is my absolute go to anytime I order Chinese Food. Awesome video guys!
GUYS!! I have never seen a recipe for Kung Pao that uses the chilli paste you bunged on the griddle!! 😂 so saying it is originally Korean dish I believe lol but the whole and chopped chillies are enough. The Shescuan Peppercorns numb the palate a little to tolerate heat
Fantastic cook Chris. That looked absolutely delicious. My favorite at the Chinese restaurant is Kung Pao Shrimp with extra shrimp and extra spice. I like the kinda heat that melts your teeth together. Have a great weekend guys.
Oh, I'll add to my previous post that I usually add a small zuchini chopped up to about 1/4" cubes as well (I slice with mandoline slicer then run through my 1/4" french fry cutter.). I usually cut the chicken the same size so it works out.
Looking awesome!! Random note. I'm observant I guess. I was a long time captain original drinker. If you haven't tried silver I highly recommend it! Cheers
Should have cooked in the minihouse in the backyard, cook looked good. Chris was working that grill. I think the drink table was full 🤣 Arm has been damaged was in accident but ready to head back to workshop and will build that ingredient tote and get it to ya 👍
Love it. “I’m going to get my hands dirty mixing the chicken” wearing gloves!! You guys are awesome love all your cooks. Found you guys through hussy. New England guy myself
Really interesting to see this made on the griddle instead of a wok! If you are in the mood, try it again without the Dou Ban Jiang and use Chinese Black Vinegar (Gold Plum Chinkiang on Amazon) instead of the balsamic - I think it's overall a cleaner flavor. For the peppercorns and dried chilis, I like to remove them after infusing the oil, that way you get the flavor without having to bite into them. Might be tough to do that on a griddle tho...
That looks great Chris, I would do chick. thighs. Raining all afternoon and you all have sunglasses on your heads? Cheers guy's great cook! dirtclod Az in the house.
Love Kung pao but never made it - GREAT job fellas!
Randomly found the channel. Y'all are a trip. Love from South Georgia ✌️💜💜💜

Celery is a good call! Let us know how yours comes out. Thanks Kerry! - C
@kerrysweet7781 yup am adding celery to but have some Snake Beans in fridge also
Bet it took an hour or more to clean that griddle!!! Good cook guys! As always.....
Surprisingly only a few minutes for clean up. Wasn't bad at all. - C
Great job, Chris😊 🔥 I'll only make this for my son if he really pisses me off😂
LOL Bobbi! The heat on this can teach a good lesson! LOL - C
Love it with everyone having a red face! If your nose isn't running, it's not hot enough! Looks great, great video
GUYS!! I have never seen a recipe for Kung Pao that uses the chilli paste you bunged on the griddle!! 😂 so saying it is originally Korean dish I believe lol but the whole and chopped chillies are enough. The Shescuan Peppercorns numb the palate a little to tolerate heat
Looks damn good, better than take out!

Good question. Not really sure why. lol - C
Fantastic cook Chris. That looked absolutely delicious. My favorite at the Chinese restaurant is Kung Pao Shrimp with extra shrimp and extra spice. I like the kinda heat that melts your teeth together. Have a great weekend guys.
I think next time I will try shrimp and scallops....that sounds yummy! Have a great weekend! Thanks man! - C

Great Video as always!!!
What part of the country do you live in? Do you have a Ranch 99 or H-Mart for Asian food near you?
New England and I don't recognize either of those stores. - C
It looks great guys! I would try less heat for my taste. Have a wonderful weekend.
Once again......LOL the closeups!!😂😂😂😂😂😂
Damn Chris, I expected a spicy dish from you, but not that many ingredients. Lol. Great job guys
Looking awesome!! Random note. I'm observant I guess. I was a long time captain original drinker. If you haven't tried silver I highly recommend it! Cheers

Halfway through the video the silver fox looks like he has under control.
Thanks CJ! LOL - C
The silver fox had did have a big cook up like Jeff.
New fan. Good thing ya moved the tent. The Gods of inappropriate cultural appropriations were fixing to rain down on your parade.
Welcome to the Griddle Guys Kevin.
