Just made Jeffs famous "Family recipe" cole slaw, to go with the chicken sandwiches I fried on my 22" Blackstone Griddle. Sorry guys but I used a different recipe for sandwiches but fried on griddle like yours. I will be trying your recipe at some point. Very good and fun video. Ron
Ty Ron an Lois. I just did that cook again while camping for 16 or so people. Definitely was a hit. Glad you tried out the slaw and I think when you get a chance to try the chicken it will be a pleasant surprise how nice and crispy it gets

In hind site , probably should have kept blue cheese separate and just added it on the fly to each sandwich coming off the griddle. A lot of people are not fans.. Happy 4th and griddle on.

Great call on Cholula for the hot sauce! Love that sauce. When Jeff was mixing it in with the butter and he pulled out the wire whisk for a moment and stared at it I thought “oh yea, he’s going to lick the wire whisk!” ( takes both patience and dexterity something I’m sure Jeff is famous for…). But no, he went in for the finger dip. Probably a good thing since he had to go back in for more whisking.
The math formula fuctions at the end was great. Looks like a great sandwhich. Recently bought a ninja foodi grill not a blackstone but your videos are on my weekly watch list👍👍

They have not shown us any love for sure. Campchef has been great to us and we do love that portable set up they sent. We recommend any griddle that has the conveniences that will make you want to use it. 😉

The key to this cook is adding the cornstarch in the flour and using vodka and buttermilk for the wet.. 2 cups buttermilk, 2 egg whites and a shot of vodka for the wet and 2 cups all purpose flour , 2 tblsp corn starch and seasoning salt of your choice for the dry. Buffalo is 1 stick of butter to roughly a cup of Buffalo sauce of choice.
Better be careful..... you’ll have a drive thru line wrapped around your house on Sundays trying to get that sandwich. Just remember to say “My Pleasure”
