Filter should of went on the smaller diameter line and wider diameter line is the return line. With the retainer white piece on the end.

I have sausage fingers so I put a small dab of grease into the spring pocket to keep the spring in place. This makes it a lot easier when putting the metering lever assembly and hinge pin in place without worrying about the spring going flying or falling over. The grease just dissolves in fuel and has never caused me an issue.

That's a great idea. I do that on oil seals to keep the garter spring from coming off when I drive them in but I never thought to do that for the spring on the carbs.

It’s the same as the craftsman B2000 blower and easy to fix if cly is ok😊

I've seen a few cases where equipment from different sellers looks to be the exact same piece.

Where can you buy a rebuild gasket kit

Amazon and eBay have both the complete carb rebuild kits or just the metering diaphragms depending on which way you want to go. I typically buy the diaphragms in bulk to keep costs down.
