please be honest about this. LL97 is a heavy burden tax on the working class. all buildings are affected with this money grab. thankfully i am a landlord and will pass all these costs with substantial rent increases to cover the cost of the compliance and additionally increase rent for the units that include utilities in the rent billing. after all, electric costs will skyrocket with these implementations. so thanks Mayor, for making me even richer.
