It's kinda strange to see an actual Dragon Force member play trough the fire and the flames on RUclips rather than another guitar or guitar hero cover.

Have people been asking to see a live playthrough for EPM? Only if you're in the mood. It's hard to say "no pressure" cause for real, you'd be making a dream come true for this child at heart. EPM is such an underplayed song, and your solos are my favourite part :)

Why do you think I use Kaos pad3 and theremins live. There are songs that are very busy melody lines all over the place. I find simple song most enjoyable to play. :)
Vadlife you need to have a melodic harmony around the melody of the guitars. DragonForce does that well. And keyboard solos are 👌👌

Wow, amazing. I never knew there was that melodic line during the pre-chorus/chorus. I feel like in Dragonforce (and most bands in general) tend to mix the keyboards' volume way too low. I play keyboards in my church's worship band and I feel like the sound guy always mixes my volume too low too haha. God bless, hope you are doing well.

Wow Vadim this is awesome! The keyboard lines in this are so uplifting, really wish they were louder on the album now! I think this would be cool to do as a series and maybe touch on some songs that normally would never get played live like EPM or Last Man Stands or just any of those obscure songs with cool keyboard solos

You should try some Johansson. Pretty sure you can still get the patches he uses, and "Kill It With Fire" is an fun one for sure.

I think the members of dragonforce cannot talk about Body Breakdown, I NEVER found anything about this song in live.

Above the Winter Moonlight is badass. But I highly doubt he knows Judgement Day because he wasn't part of the writing or recording process on Reaching For Infinity. He took a break to spend time with his family, so I doubt he's learnt the new songs yet.
He did do Judgement Day. He recorded the keys for Reaching Into Infinity, he just wasn't on the tour with them.
Actually, Vadim wrote Judgement Day.
I definitely think your keyboard parts should be a lot louder on the final recordings. This shit is good and needs to be heard better.

Great video dude. I heard a lot of stuff I didn't noticed in the actual mix and I think I now understand how a synth can add to a song and I plan on doing so. Thanks!
One little thing though : It's highly subjective but at some point you cut a lot between your cameras and it feels really weird.

Erik Faust during most of that album cycle it was played on my korg triton extreme. You are right. It was done on guitar on album though.

I love the way you play and I'm asking this out of curiosity so I don't mean any offense. Since you're on a keyboard it must be difficult for people to hear you play over a guitar and drums. Even though you contribute to making a song do you feel like you don't get enough recognition because it's hard to hear the parts that you do?
Max A part of the reason I love doing these videos for you guys. So you know what I'm doing. Might include keytar in the future ones. All depends on the sound engineer tbh. But yeah, unfortunately keyboard isn't often a leading instrument in this band.
