      @morganlemop 8 лет назад +12

      And ? that's not even important. Corruption it's in all the world, economic problems and crime too. What's truly matters it's the people, the experiences, the friendships, sharing food, stories, not only Buenos Ares (Capital Federal) but all the country. We're really lucky to have the big an beautiful country we have. Seems like you're not a truly argentine. You're forgetting what's important. Btw, i'm from Argentina too.

      Thats a fair point - I too love the beauty of the country and like the people very much....but i need stability in the economy and hopefully Macri can at least do something like get inflation down....true that corruption pervades most of the world....

    I'm so tired of "touristic" videos that only show restaurants, shops, and other businesses! Who needs to see streets, parks, landmarks, rapid transit systems, right!? Buenos Aires is so much more than businesses that you can find anywhere else in the world! Go on the streets, walk, explore it!!!

      @RockSmithStudio 5 лет назад

      Ya! It’s all about companies sponsoring each other. Completely agree. Whenever I go to a city, I do a few touristy things but mostly just walk/ride through the city and see what’s going on. It’s amazing how large cities like Buenos Aires always have things to do.

      ***** My advice to foreigners: Visit either Argentine provincial cities (Rosario, Córdoba, Tucumán, Salta or Bariloche, my favourite destinations) or Santiago, Montevideo or Sao Paulo. Believe me when I say that Buenos Aires is the shithole of South America. Don't even bother to set foot there.

    Argentina es el pais despues de estados unidos que mas italianos, franceses y alemanes vinieron, es el 3 pais con mas judíos despue de isreel y eeuu. En los años 30 argentina era potencia mundial debido a la guerra, entonces contruyeron una cuidad al estilo europeo pensando que el país seria potencia, por las diversas crisis ecoomicas nunca ,mas llego a serlo. Pero la capital y toda su cultura quedo. (lee Buenos aires , la capital del imperio que no fue del escritor mexicano Fuentes). No solo tiene estilo europeo si no cultura europea por los habitantes.

      Jajaajajaja que decis? La arquitectura europea se formo desde las primeras colonizaciones y no fue por la guerra papa, estas hablando huevadas. Mira si un pais va a formar una arquitectura definida en funcion de ser potencia jajajajajajaja

      In the worst case , maybe someone assaults you.
      As can happen in New York , Paris , Madrid, Tokyo and the city that you want to choose ...
      The prejudice is the worst attitude you can take when you've never been to a place ...
      Because if Buenos Aires was in Europe, never had asked "I hear lots of people get robbed there Is That true ?
      C'MON...

      +Ellise Walton No more than NYC, depends what neighborhood your in and whether you are street smart or not. But the more notorious neighborhoods are are the in the infamous "croissant" from la boca to Bajo Flores in the south. Ive been there several times and never a problem

    • @gonponieman7307
      @gonponieman7307 8 лет назад

      +Ellise Walton Last year it was worse than now, you know, we are a third world country. But it isnt dangerous, you just dont have to go to some neighborhoods (which they are far away from the city or just difficult to get in it)

    • @Megadeth6633
      @Megadeth6633 8 лет назад +1

      +Ellise Walton not too many either, but yes quite a lot. just don't be wear flashy things, and act less like a susceptible target and more like a calm local. don't swing your smartphone all over the place. specially by the sidewalk, as biker thieves can snatch it.

      SHM 99 I guess you're right. A lot of Argies like to say they are "the most european" and are quite proud of their Italian and Spanish roots XD
      That might be why Buenos aires is often nicknamed "Paris of the south".
