We'd of finished at the same time if I wasn't rained out! Back at it today. Finished Dad's canola and I should have 80ac of my canola in here tonight before I go to bed. Under 500 to go now.
You think Big Al Yankum would sponsor you a pretty red kinetic recovery rope from yankum ropes in Utah. Maybe they are scared of the mighty Versitiles.
We just got done with planting corn today. We got around 40 acres of soybeans to plant yet. We have been getting a lot of rain showers lately here in Northeastern Wisconsin. (North west of Green Bay, Wisconsin).
Congratulations on finishing plant 24. I wish we could say we were done planting. We have 2 fields left but it is wet here & it is raining right now & is supposed to rain some tomorrow also. It is going to be a while for us before we get back in the field.
why would you put the gps reciever on the hood on an articulating unit? i would suggest on the front of the cab.. looks like the tractor is constantly wagging
Another question if u were given a chance to run a new 700 hp big bud tractor would you and would you have anything or combine something to make it work more.?.😊
I will pretty well bet you won't notice much of a difference in your spacing as for yield. The guy I worked for back in high school would drill his beans on 7" spacing when I started with him. Then he went to 15" making a pass with the corn planter then coming back and making a second pass half a row over. Finally he decided to just make one pass planting on 30" rows, never really saw any variation in yield
I’ve always heard narrow soybean rows do a good job of weed suppression. My part of the world is the part where almost all soybeans go in with a corn planter on 15” rows.
I am happy you are done seeding for’24. Bring on the Rain.

Thanks for humoring us and getting stuck. It just adds something to a video!
Love that custom cup holder in the 835! Looks like the old Bourgault cart is aging in reverse there…white to brown.

If you were able to drain and or just fill in all you slous how much much would you gain for acreage.
Probably 250
Most of our quarters are about 160 acres in this country and our range from 120 to 145.
Hey Nick can you tell me if I can use an air seeder for corn seed ?
Why not
@@SouthSaskFarmer1I’m eager to see how that turns out man

WILL CORN NOT GROW THAT FAR NORTH
It grows just fine. Typically don’t get enough rain to get big yields out of it though.
Does in the garden
