Your energy is very inspiring Cody! I picked up swimming after a .. 30 year break (best lifehack ever!) and rolled into triathlon. Great to hear your also going for it!
Bro love the content! I’m graduated from college so a retired swimmer but I started making content and love it! Your dedication to this is awesome it’s not as easy as you make it look. Keep it up bro you’re and inspiration to us all🫡
The joy of finally doing other sports! Once I finally retired from swimming, I've had so much fun doing other stuff! And the gains just come so much faster. When you've been swimming so long, improvement is so incremental!
Any tips for cold water swimming championships entering 450m jan 25th. Swimming 1 k once a week in 8 degree water and lowering temperatures every week and x2 pool session. Try to clean up technique and increase power. Not swam competitively in 20 years. Plus doing powerless style training back chest legs all on separate days
How about the barefoot trainers, have you tried them out yet? Personally I haven’t used normal shoes in 4 years, especially as a swimmer we do a large bulk of our training barefoot anyway so why not do the gym stuff barefoot
Felt like I was searching for something like this since ages to hear directly from an Olympian. Finally something out there.
I'd love to see more of these gym videos. I love the swimming more but the gym is nice too and should deserve more attention

You can read it in a book but it’s really nice to see what an actual accomplished swimmer thinks are the best gym exercises. Love it!
