I think a video about building training programs for masters folks who predominantly coach themselves. Maybe sharing resources about how to develop programs for yourself and knowing how to specifically tailor it to what you're training for (200 free, 100 fly, etc)

Hey Cody, I’m a Para S10 and am training atm for my 50 free also. I’m just starting to feel myself lift out of the water with every stroke which also gets your legs out of the water being able to now also use legs like a propeller 👊 Can’t wait to try my new style in the next swim meet in a month or two💪🔱
Can you talk about the difference of being a high level senior swimming athlete vs a masters swimmer (since you said you just changed). How different do you feel it is? How different are the number of workouts a week, duration and what you swim? Me as a masters swimmer we have 4 swim's a week with a program. 1 day is speed, 1 technique and 2 is more general. They are about 3200 meters each time. 😊
Subscribed. Would love content about strength work outside the pool! I'm a masters swimmer and swim 50m free in about 29 seconds. Should I be focusing on power and speed now, or rather on technique? Straight arm or bent arm? How do you manage to swim straight arm and not injure yourself? Would love it if you tackled these topics!
Good Day Cody I have the best news I am heading back to USA swimming soon I just got re certified for safe sport I’ve got a good standing i am back to USA swimming can’t wait to touch the pool deck it’s been since 2021 was the last time I competed then I stepped off due to mental health and didn’t really know what but I’m back it’s gonna feel great to be back I’ll see ya soon. Hopefully because I wanna meet you I love your channel videos you really got me fired up to come back
Please do a vid on supplements, protein powders, etc. There's a TON of info out there, but it's more for weightlifters and/or guys lifting weights. And there simply is too much BroScience bs. What are the needs specific to swimmers? Any differences between men and women? As always, thanks for your content!!!
More 50s would be awesome but we (along with track & field) already dominate the event count. I doubt they'd be amendable to giving swimming more events.
Triathlon swim!? I thought you would go open water marathon swim 10K instead Triathlon not only focus on swimming but also running & cycling. By the way open water totally different with pool water 😂 you gotta add some current , wave in your training
